  • How late can I arrive to class?
    While we recommend arriving as close to the scheduled start time as possible, you can arrive at any point throughout the class. Please be mindful of the teacher and students if arriving late, to avoid disrupting the class.
  • What happens if a teacher cancels class?
    In the case of a class cancellation by the teacher, the class credit will be returned to your account and can be applied towards another class on our schedule.
  • How can I sign up for class?
    You can sign up through the TMilly Studio app, through MindBody, or at our front desk.
  • What is TMilly Studio?
    TMilly Studio is a dance studio for all levels, that specializes in creating fun, welcoming, and beautiful training environments for you to have a good time, sweat, and feel like a star! Featuring state of the art lighting, sprung floors, and tons of space for your safety and longevity. Come visit us in North Hollywood!
  • Do you have online dance classes?
    Yes! Our online dance classes are available at https://www.tmilly.tv
  • Do you offer classes for beginners?
    Absolutely! While most of our classes are geared towards advanced/professional dancers, we offer an array of foundational and beginner classes. Check out our schedule in our app!
  • What happens if a masterclass is canceled?
    In the case of a masterclass cancellation, your account will be credited for the dollar amount that was used to make the purchase.
  • Where can I park?
    We have parking available in the parking lots attached to our building. There is also plenty of street parking available in the neighborhood.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Any class canceled less than 6 hours before class starts is considered a “late cancel,” and you will forfeit the class. If you cancel longer than 6 hours from the class start time, you will be issued a class credit on your account.
  • Do you offer special prices for union members (SAG, AGMA, etc)?
    We don’t offer discounts for union members at this time.
  • What if I miss class?
    If you book a class and don’t show up, you will forfeit the class.
  • Can I transfer or share my class pass or package?
    No, all class passes and packages are non-transferable.
  • How long are my class packages good for?
    All class passes and packages are available to use for 2 months following the purchase date, except for 20-class-packs, which have a lifespan of 3 months, and masterclasses/workshops, which have a lifespan of 1 month.
  • Is there an age requirement?
    Generally, no. Classes are usually accessible for all ages. If a specific teacher or class has an age limit, it will be broadcast as such, and included in the class title (i.e. “Hip Hop Foundation *ages 16+*”)
  • What is your refund policy?
    Classes and class packages are non-refundable.
  • What options do I have for buying classes?
    We have a number of class package options available: Single Class: $22 5 Class Card: $95 10 Class Card: $180 20 Class Card: $340 Masterclasses and Workshops vary by teacher
  • Can I rent studio space?
    Yes, absolutely! Standard-purpose rentals (video shoot of 5 people or less, or a rehearsal of 20 people or less) can be quickly booked online by clicking these links: BOOK STUDIO A BOOK STUDIO B If you're looking to rent either of our studios for anything other than the above, such as a commercial video shoot, larger personal shoot, audition, training program, etc - please contact our manager at studio@tmilly.tv for more info.
  • What is your rental cancellation policy?
    We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled booking time, you will be charged for the full booking. If you are booking a rental on the same day (less than 24 hours before the start time) your booking will not be able to be changed or canceled. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance receive a credit on their TMilly account for the full amount of the rental. Alternatively, we can issue a refund to your original payment method minus a 15% cancellation fee.
  • Can I hold private classes?
    Private classes can be held in Studio B and booked online for 1 or 2 hours under the purchase option “*For Private Class*,” with a max capacity of 30 people. If you’re looking to hold class in Studio A, or in either room without the 30 person limit, please contact our manager at studio@tmilly.tv for more info.
  • How do I see photos/videos of the space?
    Never thought you'd ask! Here's a video walkthrough which shows our lobby, Studio A, rear lounge, and Studio B.
  • Can I leave my pets, kids, or personal items in the lobby?
    No, TMilly does not offer pet or child care, and is not responsible for items belonging to dancers or otherwise.
  • Can I bring my pet to class with me?
    No, pets are not permitted inside the dance studios (special exception for trained service animals - if you bring a service animal and we discover that they are disruptive to class, and not properly trained, we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet from the classroom).
  • How can I submit teach at TMilly Studio?
    Email faculty@tmilly.tv with your teaching resume, teaching reel/footage, headshot, and Instagram link to be considered for space on our schedule.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes! Email studio@tmilly.tv for more details.
  • How can I apply to be a workstudy?
    Email studio@tmilly.tv with a cover letter and work resume (NOT a dance resume!) to be considered for our workstudy program.
